While you might never find that hidden chest of buried pirate treasure, sipping a Dark & Stormy Secret may just be the next best thing. This drink is a delightful variation on the classic "Dark 'n Stormy" cocktail, which has been made so famous by Goslings Black Seal Rum. And what is the secret to this particular version? Just a few drops of Angostura bitters, which contribute some incredibly delicious depth...and perhaps a little bit of Caribbean mystery!

This drink pairs particularly well with the sorts of flavors that are typically featured in Caribbean, Thai, and Hawaiian cuisine. I also thoroughly enjoy it alongside Cuban Mojo Chicken.

Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.

Hint: The strikingly layered appearance of this cocktail, which has been said to resemble a storm cloud looming ominously overhead, is what originally inspired its ever so catchy name. But for the most enjoyable drinking experience, be sure to go ahead and give it a quick stir before taking that first sip.
