Inspired by a drink from Difford's Guide called the "pink witch," the Glinda cocktail is a deliciously refreshing homage to that iconic witch who famously preferred to dress all in pink, the "Good Witch of the North." It's a simple mixture of gin (London dry style), Strega liqueur, and fresh pink grapefruit juice, but the combination tastes like pure magic...and it may just send you skipping metaphorically down your own yellow brick road. Perfectly pink and wickedly delicious.

Glinda cocktail garnished with mint in a coupe glass sitting on a brick patio surrounded by yellow leaves.

If you happen to have a bottle of Strega Liqueur in your cabinet, you may also enjoy a Witches' Negroni.
