Whiskey Hot Toddy
This version of a classic whiskey hot toddy is devil-may-care when it comes to proportions, but purist in terms of ingredients. Because the reality is this...when necessity demands a hot toddy, who has the patience for fiddling with measuring spoons or fancy garnishes?

Ingredients
- 1 spoonful raw honey
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 ounces whiskey
- hot water
Instructions
- Place some water in a tea kettle and put it on the stove to come to a boil.
- In the meantime, add the honey, lemon juice, and whiskey to a heat-safe mug.
- Add enough hot water to reach the top of the mug. Stir until the honey dissolves and serve.
