1ounceelderflower liqueur
¼cupfresh strawberrieshulled and sliced
2teaspoonsheavy cream
Instructions
Place the sliced strawberries in a small bowl (reserving a few slices for garnish) and pour over the elderflower liqueur. Let them macerate for at least 15 minutes (or cover and refrigerate for up to a day).
Transfer the mixture of strawberries and elderflower liqueur to a cocktail shaker. Then add the gin and heavy whipping cream.
Toss in some ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a slice of strawberry, and serve.
