Silver Coast Cosmopolitan
A riff on the classic cosmopolitan, this cocktail is a bit less boozy...but what it lacks in strength, it makes up for in mood. This is an undeniably sultry drink. The base is tawny port instead of vodka, which results in a cocktail with serious complexity and noticeably more body.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces tawny port
- 1 ounce cointreau
- ½ ounce pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce lemon juice
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Add a generous amount of ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
