Pink Palace Cocktail
A longtime signature drink at the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel (also affectionately known as the pink palace), the Pink Palace cocktail comes to us courtesy of the hotel's iconic Polo Lounge. It offers a lovely balance of sweet and sour, as well as a pretty pink hue. And this fruity concoction is just as refreshing as it is glamorous.

Ingredients
- 1½ ounces gin
- ½ ounce orange liqueur
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- ¼ ounce grenadine
Instructions
- Combine the gin, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker.
- Toss in a generous amount of ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, if desired, and serve immediately.
