Irish Buck
The Irish buck is one of those seemingly magical concoctions where the simple meets the sublime. An easy mix of Irish whiskey, fresh lime juice, and ginger ale, it is practically effortless to prepare, yet utterly delightful to drink. And if you should happen to enjoy one too many of these refreshing little libations at your favorite pub or St. Patrick's Day party, you might find yourself galloping around majestically like some kind of mythical stag...worse things could happen. Ingredients
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- ¼ ounce fresh lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger ale
- plenty of ice
- lime wheel (to garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a collins glass with plenty of ice.
- Add the whiskey, lime juice, and ginger ale.
- Give a quick stir and garnish with a lime wheel.
