Hemingway Daiquiri

Fondly known as the "Papa Doble" when it was first concocted for the famous writer at the bar El Floridita in Havana, this drink started out heavy on the rum and bone dry. But the Hemingway Daiquiri eventually evolved into a more well balanced, and widely beloved, classic cocktail. A pitcher of these makes a fabulous refreshment on a hot summer afternoon...fruity, smooth, and notoriously easy to drink.
