Gin and Lingonberry (or Cranberry) Cocktail
This simple gin lingonberry cocktail is a Nordic nod to that ever so famous vodka and cranberry concoction (or "vodka cran"), also known as the Cape Cod. And it's an equally fabulous combination. The irresistible forest scent and sweet tart flavor of lingonberries pairs especially well with botanical gins. And when lingonberry juice is hard to come by, cranberry juice and gin makes a similarly lovely drink.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 4 ounces lingonberry juice (or cranberry juice)
- lots of ice
Instructions
- Place a generous amount of ice in a tall glass.
- Add the gin and lingonberry (or cranberry) juice.
- Give a little stir and enjoy immediately.
