  • cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • ¾ ounce London dry gin (choose your favorite)
  • ¾ ounce Cocchi Americano or Lillet Blanc
  • ¾ ounce Cointreau
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon absinthe

Instructions

  • Pour the gin, Cocchi Americano, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
  • Place the absinthe in a coupe glass and swirl it around to coat the sides, discarding any excess.
  • Toss a generous amount of ice into the cocktail shaker, and then shake vigorously until very cold.
  • Strain contents of the cocktail shaker into the absinthe rinsed coupe glass and serve immediately.
