Calvados and Tonic
Ambrosial and incredibly refreshing, the calvados & tonic is a wonderfully deceptive cocktail. There are only two ingredients, but the combination of French apple brandy and tonic water somehow tastes both abundant and mysterious at the same time...it's like crisp autumn afternoon in a glass.

- 2 ounces calvados
- 6 ounces tonic water
- ice
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in the calvados and the tonic.
- Give the drink a quick stir and serve.
