Refreshing and splendidly simple, yet fancy at the same time, the White Negroni Sbagliato is basically a sparkling version of the White Negroni. In other words, this cocktail is a less boozy take on the popular blonde variety of the classic Negroni, trading the invigorating strength of gin for the festive sparkle of Prosecco. The result is a delightfully effervescent, and perfectly delicious, aperitif.
