Vim and Violet (AKA Blueberry Negroni)

In this spin on the classic Negroni, a splash of homemade blueberry simple syrup adds a little vigor to the mix. Deep violet in color, the flavor of blueberry simple syrup is equally intense in flavor as it is in hue. This sweet-tart little elixir provides a subtle, yet unmistakeable, new dimension to the drink. Need a little mid-summer lift? Stir up a Vim and Violet (AKA Blueberry Negroni).
