Ingredients
½cuphoney
½cupwater
2 or 3sprigsfresh rosemary
Instructions
Place the honey and water in a small saucepan.
Warm the mixture over medium low heat, stirring until the honey has dissolved. This will only take about 5 minutes or so.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the rosemary sprigs.
Allow the mixture to steep (and cool) for about an hour. Then remove the rosemary sprigs.
Pour the rosemary simple syrup into a small bottle or jar with a lid and store for up to about a month in the refrigerator.
